Voice Agent Bible is a reference site run by a small team. It collects as little as it can and keeps what it collects for as short a time as it can. This page describes what that is in plain terms.

What the site collects

Contact form. When you use the contact form, the fields you fill in (your name if you give one, your email address and your message) are sent by email to hello@voiceagentbible.com and kept in that mailbox. They are used to reply to you and to follow up on what you wrote about. They are never sold, rented or forwarded to any vendor.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to the weekly newsletter, your email address is stored on the site's own server, with the date you subscribed and the page you subscribed from. Subscription is double opt-in: you receive a confirmation email and are only added once you click it. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops further issues at once.

Analytics. The site uses cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and referrers. No cookies are set for this purpose, no personal identifiers are stored, and visitors are not tracked across sites or over time. The team sees aggregate counts, not individuals.

Bot protection. The contact and newsletter forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which presents a challenge to distinguish people from automated submissions. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser for that purpose under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

Server logs. The web server records standard request logs, including IP addresses, user-agent strings and requested pages, for abuse prevention and fault-finding. Logs are retained briefly and then deleted; they are not used for analytics or marketing.

Tools. The calculators and checklists on this site keep their state in the page address so you can share a link. They store no personal data and send nothing to the server beyond the ordinary page request.

What the site does not do

  • No advertising and no advertising trackers.
  • No selling, renting or sharing of contact-form or newsletter data with anyone, including vendors covered on the site.
  • No cross-site cookies, fingerprinting or behavioural profiling.
  • No sign-in, no accounts, no personal data required to read anything.

Third parties

The site relies on a small number of service providers to operate: hosting, email and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Each processes only what it needs to perform its function. None is permitted to use the data for its own purposes beyond what its terms require to operate the service.

Having your data removed

Email hello@voiceagentbible.com from the address you want removed, or name the message you sent. The team will delete contact-form messages from the mailbox and remove newsletter addresses from the list within 30 days and confirm by reply. Server logs expire on their own within the retention period above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, objection or portability under your local data-protection law. Requests go to hello@voiceagentbible.com and are honoured regardless of jurisdiction, because the site holds so little that there is no reason to distinguish.

Governing law and changes

This policy is governed by the law of the publisher's jurisdiction. Changes to it bump the version number and last-verified date shown at the top of the page and are recorded on the corrections log. Questions about this policy go to hello@voiceagentbible.com.
